How to use the ZumoDrive Downloader tool

ZumoDrive service will be shutting down, but your data will remain available for download until June 1, 2012. We have created a simple tool for users to easily retrieve all of their files and folders.

Note: Users of HP Cloud Drive, HP Web Service Store Bundle Customers, Cruz Sync and Toshiba App Place Bundle subscribers are unaffected by this shutdown and can continue to use their ZumoDrive powered service.

To retrieve your files from your ZumoDrive, follow these steps:

1. Download and open the ZumoDrive Downloader tool:
   Mac: https://d1tsx1og7dz7v4.cloudfront.net/ZumoDrive+Downloader.zip
   Windows: https://d1tsx1og7dz7v4.cloudfront.net/ZumoDrive+Downloader.exe
   Linux: https://d1tsx1og7dz7v4.cloudfront.net/ZumoDrive+Downloader+(Linux).zip

2. Log into your ZumoDrive account

3. Click 'Browse' and Select a folder where you would like to download all of your contents. Make sure that you have enough space on your hard drive to save everything from your ZumoDrive account.

4. Click 'Start Download'

ZumoDrive downloader will begin downloading all your files from your ZumoDrive account in the cloud. You will not be able to selecting specific files/folders for download.

Depending on the amount of data on your account, the download process can take anywhere from several minutes to several hours. For large accounts with tens of GB it may require a day or two, we recommend that you leave your computer on overnight to speed up download.
