ZumoDrive incompatible with Adobe Illustrator

Problem

There is a known compatibility issue with Adobe Illustrator and ZumoDrive where saving files from Illustrator directly into ZumoDrive (Z:) can cause deletion of files within the folder you are saving to.

Work-around

While we do not yet have a solution to this problem, our engineers are hard at work on it.

In the meanwhile, we recommend anyone using Adobe Illustrator with ZumoDrive to save your files into a local folder located on your computer's hard drive. You can then use the linked folder feature in ZumoDrive to back up those files into ZumoDrive servers. After that folder is linked to ZumoDrive, any subsequent changes to files within that folder will also sync to ZumoDrive.

This issue only applies to the Adobe Illustrator software, other Adobe software products, such as Photoshop, are not affected.
