Uninstalling ZumoDrive

Follow these steps to uninstall ZumoDrive from your computer:

Important Note: Before uninstalling, please make sure all of your files that you've copied into ZumoDrive have completed its upload to the ZumoDrive servers to prevent data loss. DO NOT uninstall ZumoDrive if this is not the case!

On Windows:

1. Open Windows Control Panel
   
2. Go to Add / Remove Programs
   
3. Find ZumoDrive in the programs list and click Uninstall.

On Mac:

Right clicking on the drive and "Eject ZumoDrive" will not uninstall the service. The drive will simply be automatically recreated. To remove the software on Mac, do the follow:

1. Download the ZumoDrive installer from www.zumodrive.com/download.
   
2. Double click on the downloaded .dmg file, this will create a "ZumoDrive Install" mount on your Mac's Desktop.
   
3. Open "ZumoDrive Install" and double click "Uninstall ZumoDrive" file to uninstall.

*Here are some ways to find out if your files have been uploaded:

1. Go to www.zumodrive.com and check to see if the file exist on the server.
   
2. Check your file icon in the ZumoDrive. A green up arrow will appear over any files pending upload. Please wait until file completes its transfer.
   
3. Check your Transfer status for any pending transfers. To get to the Transfer Status, click on the ZumoDrive icon (lower right for Windows, top right for Mac) -> Settings -> Transfer Status.
