How to Uninstall/Reinstall Java
Problem
I've installed Zumodrvie on a Windows machine but there is no Zumodrive icon.
or
ZumoDrive in Windows fails to start and returns an error message that looks like:
Entry point not found The procedure entry point
_JVM_DefineClassWithSourceCond @32 could not be located in the
dynamic link library jvm.dll.
or
Runtime Error!
Solution
ZumoDrive is dependent on Java to function. Sometimes you may experience issues with Java, which will cause problems with ZumoDrive. You can generally fix this by uninstalling then reinstalling Java on your computer.
- Uninstall Java:
Go to Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs
Select Java (more than one version may exists, uninstall each one) and click on Uninstall button. - Download the latest version of Java at: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
- Install Java
- Reboot your computer.
